1) WHAT IS YOUR PASSION OUTSIDE OF WORK?

I've been working as a specialist Surgical Veterinary Nurse from over 10 years now and so much of my daily life has been within the four walls of Veterinary Hospital working 12-15hr shifts. Once outside of those walls it did not leave much time for other things, so what else can you do at 9pm at night - bake. All things sweet - cakes, slices, muffins etc - they may not look great, but they taste good and bring smiles to faces (usually my teammates at work)  

I've now made the move back down south to be closer to family & lifelong friends that are helping me find new passions like beach walking, wine tasting and coastal adventures with my niece and nephew & my dog Basil.

2) TELL US WHAT YOUR PERSONAL STRENGTHS ARE?

I'm organised, time efficient & love planning fun things that bring the people I love together to make memories. I love celebrating specials moments and milestones.


3) What do you love most about yourself?

I'm a positive person & lucky to have good hair - thanks to Jonina at Maiden Hair - she’s been cutting and colouring my hair since we were teenagers plus I've got my grandmas genes of strong straight blond hair. Thanks Gma.

4) Can you share with us something about yourself that not many people know?

I grew up dancing Physie & placed nationally multiple times.  It taught me a lot about self-care, discipline & being confident - still wish I had that dancers body lol.

5) HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN AN RM ONLINE MEMBER?

I've been an RM member officially since July this year. By best friend invited me to try out some of RM's online free sessions & I really enjoyed it. I really liked Rachelle’s wholeness approach - mixing up workouts - yoga & stretching with HITT sessions that make you burn - 20mins seemed achievable - so I signed up. Plus the convenience of doing it at home means no excuses of “I missed the class, can’t do it now.” Covid lockdown also made it hard to get out and try new gyms & classes etc… so this was a great alternative to try & I love it.

6) HOW HAVE YOU CHANGED AFTER BECOMING AN RM ONLINE MEMBER?

Since becoming a member of RM Online I've changed for the better - I have more motivation to get out there and do more, I feel better in my skin, like more toned, can walk/run just that little bit further, there are still parts of my body that I wish I could tone more but it's work in progress, right? I've found its the small achievements over time that make you feel good and realise you’re doing better than you thought. Plus Rachelle endless encouragement!

7) WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT RM ONLINE?

Huge variety of classes – something for every mood you might find yourself in. Be it “I’m tired and flat and need a pick me up” or a “I wanna punch the air push out some excess energy”, there is options for all. I like being self-motivated and picking my classes in the day when it suits best. Then the live sessions each week are so encouraging to see everyone else’s red sweaty faces. Makes you realise you’re not alone. Rachelle also gives all these gold nuggets of wisdom mid workout while we are all puffing and panting. I always listen out of these. Cause if a can take one piece of advice or wisdom nugget from all her years of experience, it makes it worthwhile, and I think on these during the workouts. Rachelle is personable and real. She a normal woman living her best life and encouraging others to do the same.

I really am so grateful to be a part of the RM community.
