I LOVE training with Rachelle. I have personal training once a week and I also go to the sunrise sessions. I like to exercise but have always felt a bit intimidated when going to train at a gym or a gym run class, so for me Rachelle's approach to fitness is brilliant! Rachelle does a fantastic job of motivating me & I feel completely at ease because she has great knowledge of fitness and takes the time to understand what works for me as an individual. Rachelle is an amazing trainer who is always striving to find the best practise for her clients. I trained for over 10 years with RM Health in Cronulla and loved my weekly workout. The sessions were well planned and always different. Great energy and highly motivational, with the added bonus of being a yoga teacher. Rachelle is 100% dedicated to you. She will help you achieve results in a way that won’t scare you off but instead want you wanting more! She is a very professional trainer and has a beautiful soul to go with it. Rachelle is a stand out to others. She doesn’t push you beyond breaking yet knows how to help you achieve massive results. I lost 8kgs in 8 weeks and had so much fun along the way. I’ve never enjoyed exercising so much and I have certainly never been excited about it, some how Rachelle changed that! "I was so excited to hear that Rachelle was hosting Yoga & Meditation classes in Berry, there aren't too many options down here for Yoga and wellness workshops. I loved everything about the class, the fact that it was timed so perfectly that when we finished I could go home and curl up in bed with a cuppa! I totally enjoyed Rachelles 6 week Yoga + Mindfulness Workshop. The time on the mat with Rachelle was exactly what my body and mind needed. I thoroughly enjoyed every session. I have even been doing some of the different (pranayama) breathing techniques Rachelle taught throughout the workshop whenever I feel a little stressed out. I loved the 6 week block and felt that committing to a short period of sessions was better than just turning up to a random class. I would love to continue on with the workshops throughout the year and I’m really looking forward to the next one.

RETREAT HOST

We want to say a massive thank you to Rachelle for coming and holding our opening activity at our retreat. It not only meant the world to us, it also meant a lot to everyone who was present.
