I totally enjoyed Rachelles 6 week Yoga + Mindfulness Workshop. The time on the mat with Rachelle was exactly what my body and mind needed. I thoroughly enjoyed every session. I have even been doing some of the different (pranayama) breathing techniques Rachelle taught throughout the workshop whenever I feel a little stressed out. I loved the 6 week block and felt that committing to a short period of sessions was better than just turning up to a random class. I would love to continue on with the workshops throughout the year and I’m really looking forward to the next one.
