RM Health strongly recommends that you consult with your Doctor or Medical Practitioner before beginning any exercise program. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise. RM Health is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.

You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise programs, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in RM Healths online or face to face exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge RM Health trainers from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of RM Health.

Each individual’ s health, fitness, and nutrition success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation. As with any health-related program or service, your results may vary, and will be based on many variables, including but not limited to, your individual capacity, life experience, unique health and genetic profile, starting point, expertise, and level of commitment.

The use of RM Healths information, products and services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that RM Health is not liable for any success or failure of your results or physique that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase and use of our information, products and services.

RM Health trainers are not medical health practitioners or mental health providers and we are not holding ourselves out to be in any capacity. Rather, we serve as coaches, mentors and guides who help you reach your own health and wellness goals.

If you purchase an RM online training product or membership, you must pay the Subscription Fee in accordance with the billing frequency specified at the time of registration (Due Date). Your Subscription will automatically renew on the Due Date unless cancelled.
Your access to the service is conditional on you paying the Subscription Fee . Processing and payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Payment of the Subscription Fee will be direct debited from your nominated financial institution or payment method. It is your responsibility to provide valid payment details and ensure that your payment details are up to date.
If a payment of the Subscription Fee is rejected, invalid or otherwise unsuccessful, your Subscription may be automatically cancelled.
All payments made are non-refundable
The Subscription Fee is subject to review by RM Health and may be varied by notice in writing to you not less than thirty (30) days prior to the Due Date, and you agree that such notice may occur via email or by other reasonable means.

RM ONLINE MEMBER AREA CANCELATION: After a member cancels their membership, they'll lose access to the gated content in your member area. They'll still have access to their customer account but they won't see navigation links to members-only content. It is advise to cancel membership one day prior to renewal date if you wish to continue using the platform for the month however do not wish to renew.

Redemption of gift vouchers and discount codes must be made online via the RM Health Website www.rachellemunro.com
Gift vouchers may not be deemed as cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher.
