TABATA HIIT session with Kat. This is a more advanced workout for those that have been training with RM for a while and are ready for an extra push. This workout is perfect for when you really want to burn fat, tone and sweat!!


RM - Let's Go Workout 4.0 FEEL THE BURN 20 Minutes

Feel the burn with this awesome tummies, thighs and butt challenge (TTB).
Equipment recommended (dumbbells + chair + mat)


RM - Lets Go Workout 18.0 EXTRA MILE 10 Minutes

Go the extra mile with this super awesome ab workout!! Perfect to add onto another session or just enjoy on its own!!! Feel your strengths gains the more you do it!!
No equipment needed.
