Simply Seeded Crackers

It’s hard to believe these delicious crackers are made from only seeds and water. This will cost a fraction of the price of store bought option

Serves: 10 Prep time: 1 hour 30 minute

INGREDIENTS

230g mixed seeds

60g chia seeds

Blitz until broken down slightly

Add 120g water

1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Mix seeds and leave to soak for 15 minutes

2. Preheat oven to 170 C

3. Spread mixture out on two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Press down under another sheet baking paper- spread thin, around 2-3mm thick

4. Bake uncovered one hour, rotating trays once

5. Allow to cool on tray

6.Break into shards
