Apple + Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Delicious eaten hot or cold, make up these oats before bed to have a healthy breakfast already done for you

ingredients

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats

1 Cup Coconut or Almond Milk

1 Green Apple

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 Pinch Salt 

To Serve
1 tsp Peanut Butter and 1/2 tsp Maple Syrup


Instructions

  1. Grate apple and place in a bowl with all other ingredients. Stir, then store covered in the fridge overnight

2. Enjoy as is cold. Dollop 1 tsp peanut butter and a drizzle of Maple Syrup on top

3. To serve hot, microwave for 1.5 minutes, stir and then 1 minute more, or until texture of choice. Add a little more milk if needed. Stir and dollop1 tsp peanut butter and a drizzle of Maple Syrup on top
