All about balance and control. Enjoy the feeling of movement, strength and stability as you work your way through this beautifully created align class. No equipment needed

I would like to recommend a 20min walk after todays Align practice if possible!!

STRONG GIRL
22min LET’S GO WORKOUT

A low impact workout to promote lean muscle for those days you don't feel like jumping around. . Equipment recommended ( mat + 1 x heavy dumbbell)

FOLLOWED BY THE 12MIN BOX BREATH MINDFULNESS PRACTICE

The perfect way to end your 20min workout.

 

DAY THREE - VIDEO ONE

ENERGETIC SHIFT
20min LET’S FLOW SEQUENCE

Create an energetic shift, release negative feelings, help let go of unnecessary control and ease lower back tightness with the beautiful hip opening practice.


I would also like to encourage a 20-60min walk at some stage today! Do your best to fit this in when you can!!

 

Day FOUR - VIDEO ONE

TUMMIES + THIES & BUTTS
20 min LETS GO WORKOUT

Feel the burn with this awesome tummies, thighs and butt session. (TTB). Equipment recommended (dumbbells + chair + mat) 20min

This session is challenging but remember its only 20minutes and you’re done for the day!!! You can do it!!

No stress tomorrow is a stretch day!!!

Followed by the 10 MIN LET’S SLOW MINDFUL body scan

The perfect way to end your 20min workout.

 

Day five - video one

CHEST OPENING & LOWER BODY RELEASE
15min LET’S STRETCH

A great upper body stretch and lower body release. Equipment needed. (a foam roller or rolled up towel will be helpful for some of the exercises towards the end) 15min

GET GROUNDED
20min LET’S ALIGN WORKOUT

Move with me and breath through the burn with this great toning workout. Sure to get you into a feel good mood whilst leaving you grounded!!

If you feel like a little extra today I’ve added an Ab workout today. This is optional, but if you feel up to it… give it a go!!!

day six - video two

MORE CORE - AB BLAST
20min LET’S GO WORKOUT

This workout is all about abs and core. A great session to add onto the end of one of your other Lets Go or Lets Align workouts or to even just enjoy on its own. Equipment recommended (mat + 1 x light dumbbell) 20min

 

day seven - rest day

Enjoy this LET’S SLOW MINDFULNESS PRACTICE today.
recharge and prepare for week two.

The perfect balance between cardio & core this workout packs a punch especially the bonus super set at the end!! Be sure to wind down after this one with a LET'S STRETCH session. No equipment needed. 20min

Feel less frantic and centre yourself as you connect to your root chakra and the earth through this grounding yoga flow class. 20min

A great workout to tone arms and core. Equipment recommended (dumbbells + mat) 20min
