Welcome to my RM LIVE ONLINE training platform
It's great to have you onboard.
Please read through all the details below carefully prior to our first session together.
set up
I recommend you watch RM LIVE ONLINE sessions from a desktop, laptop computer or TV
If you are going to join the RM LIVE ONLINE sessions on your phone you must download the ZOOM app. You can find this in the app store (it is FREE and called Zoom cloud meetings)
I recommend you play around with this BEFORE our first session so it's all ready to go in the early morning.
Feel free to call me prior to your first session if you need help (0406 727 680) however I won't be able to assist on the morning of the session.
equipment
I have designed these sessions to only need minimal equipment.
If you have a set of dumbbells this would be handy to add into the mix. (recommended 2-5kgs + )
A mat would be great also if possible. Please have a towel + water at the ready.
work at your own ability
Please be aware of your own limits as you participate in these sessions at your own risk.
Be mindful of any old injuries and work at your own pace. There will be mixed levels of fitness and I will give both low impact and high impact options throughout the sessions.
time + location
LIVE ONLINE sessions will start at 630am sharp on Fridays. Please log on a few minutes prior and have your mat, music and water ready to go.
Give yourself as much space as possible and fresh air is great also. I enjoy being outside when i can be, you will just need access to your WIFI and a good connection.
The sessions will be 30Minutes with an additional 10 minute mindful stretch for anyone who is able to stay.
music
If you like training to music (highly recommended) for some extra motivation please arrange this prior to the session.
All participants will be on MUTE so you will only hear me and no one will be able to hear you or your sweet tunes.

mindfulness practice
Feel free to stick around for a 10 minute mindful stretch after our 30minute workout including some light stretches, gentle yoga and guided breath work.
Our LIVE ONLINE sessions will end after 40Minutes.
