Lemon Hummus

It’s really easy to make hummus and more economical. This protein rich snack will help keep you full until dinner

INGREDIENTS

1 Can Chickpeas

2 Tbsp Chickpea Liquid (Aguafaba)

2 Tbsp Tahini

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Clove Garlic, Crushed

Zest and Juice of 1 Whole Large Lemon

1 tsp Sea Salt

INSTRUCTION

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor

2. Run on high for 2-3 minutes until very smooth, scraping down sides and repeating until the lumps have gone

3. Serve with crudites or Simply Seeded Crackers

4. Keeps for 1 week in the fridge
