Thank you for enrolling in my 8-week Breathwork program.
I'm excited about our upcoming sessions together. Great job on taking this step, and I'm confident you'll feel the benefits!

WHEN AND WHERE:
Our first class is this Monday the 17th of February.
Please note, although this is an 8 session program it will go over 9 weeks as I am unable to teach on Monday the 10th of March. Our last session is the 14th of April.
Our face-to-face practice will be held at St Lukes Church Hall Berry. 68A Princess St.
There is plenty of parking within the grounds entering via Victoria St or on Princess St itself.
Classes run from 7:00 PM to approximately 8:00 PM or 8:15 PM. Remember to arrive 10 minutes early for your first Monday session.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring water, a yoga mat, a pillow for your hips and head, socks, maybe even a thin blanket and comfortable clothing layers. While the weather is warm it's important to have layers to adjust to changes in your body temperature during periods of stillness or movement.
If you need to rent a mat for the duration of the program, please email me before our first session so I can arrange it for you. I will also have a few extra mats in my car in case you forget on the day.
