LETS STRETCH SESSION

You will soon develop a love / hate relationship with the foam roller. However once you experience it. You won’t look back! This foam roller release video can be paused if you wish to enjoy more time on each movement. Be sure to find a few trigger points in each position and allow time for the foam roller to work its magic on you. Equipment needed (foam roller) 10min
