The RM BREATHWORK 4 BREAST CANCER session is designed to help you connect with your body and breath, offering the benefits of mindfulness and slowing down.

In this session, my goal is to help you regulate your nervous system, bringing a sense of calm, groundedness, and contentment into your daily life. It will assist you in releasing unnecessary stress and cultivating a peaceful mindset.

No prior experience is necessary, and 100% of ticket sales will be donated to the PINK UP BERRY McGrath Foundation for breast cancer.

You can choose from several donation amounts: $5, $15, $25, or more.

My passion for yoga, meditation, and breathwork comes from my personal journey toward a balanced approach to health and wellness, and I am eager to share this with others.
